ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS TO REDUCE OR ELIMINATE THE MONTHLY SERVICE CHARGE

MINIMUM BALANCE REQUIREMENTS. You must deposit $5,000.00 to open this account. A Monthly Service Charge of $15.00 will be imposed every statement cycle if the average monthly balance for the statement cycle falls below
$5,000.00. The average monthly balance is calculated by adding the principal in the account for each day of the cycle period and dividing that figure by the number of days in the cycle period.
ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS TO REDUCE OR ELIMINATE THE MONTHLY SERVICE CHARGE.
Monthly Service Charge will be reduced by the following discounts:
• $7.50 for 15 posted POS purchases using your FGB Debit MasterCard card per statement cycle;
• $7.50 for a single posted electronic direct deposit;
• $7.50 for each statement cycle where no paper statements are delivered and the monthly statement is delivered electronically via e-statements. Electronic statements require enrollment in Online Banking and e-Statements. Enrollment and continued participation are required to receive this discount.

    The discounts can reduce or eliminate your monthly Service Charge. The calculation of fees and discounts is performed during each monthly statement cycle based on based on balances and activity posted during that cycle. If the discounts exceed the fees for any period, you will be assessed no fee, but you will not be paid, carry forward or otherwise receive credit for any excess discounts.
